EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW!

 

At Tiniover Trike, every electric trike is engineered for reliability. To back this confidence, all trikes purchased directly from us include an comprehensive warranty for a limited time within 12 months from the date of delivery.

 

Your warranty coverage starts on the delivery date when you, as the first owner, receive the e-trike from our online store. This warranty applies exclusively to you and cannot be transferred to another owner.

 

This Limited Warranty applies to e-trikes purchased in the U.S. and is subject to the following terms:

 

To qualify for warranty service:

• Your e-trike must be purchased directly through our official website or authorized online retailers

• For offline purchases, please reach out to your original dealer for support

 

1.What’s Covered

Frame: The frame is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects that result in structural failure (not including damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications).

 

Battery:

We cover batteries for 12 months from the date of purchase or up to 600 charging cycles, whichever comes first.

During this time, the batteries are designed to retain up to 75% of their original capacity.

Exclusions include:

Altered or damaged serial numbers/bar codes

Use of non-compatible chargers

Tampered seals

Use in equipment other than the designated trike

Use of non-specific batteries, which could cause damage

 

2.What’s Not Covered

●improper assembly, modifications, care, or operation.

● abuse, negligence, accident, fire or water damage, transportation by the customer, or other causes beyond our control.

● battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

●Regular wear and tear (e.g. brake pads, tyres, bearings, battery degradation, punctures)

 

3.How to Register Warranty

Fill out the required information, including your purchase details, serial number. Registering your trike ensures that you're covered for any manufacturing defects or issues.

 

Serial number: To access your trike’s serial number, turn your electric trike upside down and look at the bottom bracket, (where the two crank arms meet the frame). Locate the numbers and write them down and take a picture of the serial number.

 

4.How to make a warranty claim

● Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).

  Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.

  Send a clear photo or video (via email) showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.

Once received, Tiniover After-sales team will diagnose and send you new replacement parts. And you'll receive a notification email with the tracking number.

 

Replacement parts will default to being sent to the original shipping address of your original order, so if there is any change in your receiver address, please contact us in time and inform us of your new address by email.
